1. How do I determine the correct size for an item?

-Answer-
We use our own size guide for all our items. You can find the size guide in the description and in the additional photos of the item you are interested in.

2. How much is shipping?

-Answer-
We offer free shipping for all US addresses. Most orders will ship USPS. If you live outside the US, there is a $19.99 shipping cost for international fees.

3. How long does it take for my order to ship?

-Answer-
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM. (EST) will ship that day. If they are placed after that time, it will be the next business day before your item will ship. Most orders ship out USPS. We ship Monday – Friday, and we are closed on major holidays.

4. How can I return or exchange an item?

-Answer-
We ask that all items that are returned for either an exchange or refund be sent back in the new condition that it was received in. If an item is returned in a used condition, a restocking fee of 10 % will be deducted from the item price.

To Exchange

Place the item and all packaging in an appropriate mailing container.

1. At the bottom of the invoice that was included in the package, write” exchange for “and the size (Item Number if you are exchanging for a different item) and include it in the package.
2. Include payment of $4.00 (Cash, Check, or Money Order) for additional shipping and handling of the item.
3. Send the item back to the following address:

For A Refund

Place the item and all packaging in an appropriate mailing container.

1. At the bottom of the invoice that was included in the package, write “Retuning for Refund” and include it in the package.

3. Do you offer Wholesale Prices?

5. I ordered a Planter Fasciitis Night Splint and received a foam wedge with it. What is that for?

-Answer-
The wedge can be adjusted or removed to increase or decrease the stretch of the calf and plantar fascia (dorsiflexion).
Step 1: Lift up the fabric pad at the toe area of the boot.
Step 2: Slide the wedge underneath and affix the Velcro on the wedge to the Velcro on the bottom of the boot.

6. Do you accept insurance or Medicare?

-Answer-
No, we do not accept insurance or Medicare.

7. What Does Alpha Medical Do with My Private Information?

-Answer-
Your information remains private. We do not sell or share our customer’s information with other organizations other than what is required for the processing and delivery of your order.

8. How will my order be delivered?

-Answer-
Alpha Medical partners with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for the delivery of your order. Most Orders are delivered by the US Post Office.
