Size Guide: Measure around hips to determine correct size
Small: 30″-34″
Medium: 34″-38″
Large: 38″-42″
X-Large: 42″-46″
XX-Large: 46″-50″
XXX-Large: 50″-54″

Application Instructions:  Wrap inner belt around lower back and secure with velcro closure in the front of the Back Brace. Pull outer belt around inner belt and secure with velcro closure to desired comfort.

Care Instructions for the Back Support:  The Back Brace can be machined washed with mild detergent. Lay the Back Support flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Back Brace.
